CWash, from hero to bonehead

UPDATE: he's suspended two games it looks like.

Yesterday Cornelius Washington was a beast. He set the tone early with a sack on Chris Relf that helped force a 3 and out on MSUs first series. He finished with 2 sacks and 4 tackles in the win.

Last night Washington was a bust, getting booked in Jackson County for DUI and speeding. So today Tyler Bray is breathing a little easier up on Rocky Flop. Perhaps the good Reverend Drew can minister to him.

With Robinson back and the way Gilliard and Herrera are playing I wouldn't be surprised to see one of them move to OLB until Washington is back.

How does MR handle this?  Demetri Baker was dismissed from the team permanently about this time last year for DUI.  If UGA has adopted a zero tolerance policy with regard to punishment of players for DUI arrests,  it seems they will have to kick CW off the team for good.

I was thinking that Baker had some previous issues either last summer or during recruitment. But I might be wrong. This article from when he was dismissed suggests the only real difference could be their ages - http://dogbytesonline.com/georgia-freshman-linebacker-arrested-for-dui-5769/

Off topic sorry..... Odds makers have Dogs as a 1 point fav. That seems odd. I would have thought we would be at least a TD.

I was a little surprised by that too given our success stopping the run. Be interesting this week to see where that line goes.
