Ok, assuming this doesn't work as a new venture for me here at BDB...and an even greater assumption that another NFL doesn't pick up the all world receiver...well then...

Gentleman - Hire Hines Ward to be a WR coach, starting in 2013. Get him acclimated to coaching for two years and then make him the new Offensive Coordinator. Then watch the 5 star recruits come flooding in, because they want to play for a future NFL Hall of Famer.
